adhd bipolar children

Child feels no pain – ADHD or Bipolar Disorder?
My five year old nephew looks as if someone abused the poor child.
I assure you no one has, but he’s always running into things, falling, blacking his eyes, random cuts and such.
The child feels no pain. I’ve watched him run into a wall for God’s sake and walk away as if nothing had just happened..
He’s done worse. My concern is his father I know is Bipolar and possibly ADHA & I’m pretty sure his mother is ADD.
Could this high tolerance to pain be that of a disorder?
Children rarely feel pain anyway, but maybe he has something wrong with his hearing (requirements for gromits often causes children to be disorientated and run into things). He needs to see a doctor and have a check up, Im not sure if children as young as 5 can be diagnosed with bipolar and if he isn’t having mood swings or showing signs of depressive behaviour I doubt that is it, his dad should be able to tell people with the disorder are very good at finding others with it. And ADHD? I have an ADHD kid and he feels pain, but he does tend to hurt himself more than my other children because he takes more risks.
Hope he is ok, good luck.
