alternative bipolar disorder treatments
unsure what to do about bipolar?
i have bipolar disorder.
i cant take pills because i have a history of addiction
does anybody know of alternative treatments or things i can do to stay happy?
Lithium is not addicting and does not make you high although it does even out your mood. The last thing any of us need is to take any sort of narcotic type drugs.
