Here are five strategies that will help in the process:

Exercises for the brain: Just as physical exercise to strengthen muscles, keep your heart functioning and improved health, brain exercises to strengthen the connections between brain cells, build new and strengthen memory. What exactly is a brain exercise? Anything that makes you think that could be described as a brain exercise. Puzzles, crosswords, puzzles, games like chess, even video and computer games that make you think that all foods are good for the brain.

2. Physical exercise: Speaking of exercise, physical exercises also help improve memory. How? For oxygenate your brain. Monounsaturated fats (eg olive, canola, peanut oil), polyunsaturated fats rich in omega-3 fatty acids (Read fish / fish oil) have also been in the news for your brain and memory benefits. Water instead of soda, should be preferred, as water helps keep the memory systems work efficiently. And yes, no alcohol, no snuff, and little or no caffeine, since all they are known to interfere with memory function.Â

5. Sleep: And last but not least, a night's sleep is one of the most essential, however, the basic things you can do to improve memory.
