behavioral therapy bipolar disorder

Any bipolar successfully survived a year without treatment, medicine., Help?
A 1 bipolar diagnosed, unmedicated (access to medicines. And it helps if you like, but want to push themselves as "normal" without the drugs), the person is going to move to an area without access to both support groups and cognitive behavioral therapy generally available. It will be a year in a country that can not even express in as there is a massive language barrier. No history self-harm / cutting in stressful situations, the current minor prescription addiction (although the person did not take medications. for real disorder, go figure!), prior hospitalization pathetic attempts suicide and is now near the border of either an episode of mania or depression that tends to last a while. So after the episode is about what we can work to ensure the healthy survival in a foreign country without the help and limited contact with loved ones What? ie you'll only see your spouse BC 2x/mo spouse is living in a military facility in central Sinai!
Yes, the drugs made me worse after taking over a whole year and for me personally that the leg of my head. since taking the drug I stupid can not think clearly. it was better before you took them. seriously, doctors say that the "need" to take them because thats what they are paid and trained to do: selling drugs. but these drugs are dangerous. and have many harmful side effects that are long term. In the longer you take, the more he screws you. My advice: Not taking medication no mater how many people convince you that you need. you do not need. bi-polar is difficult to treat but not something that a drug can now fix. theres no easy way, just cope and try to keep your mind focused on other things. If you can not find someone to talk to, keep a diary to write down your thoughts in eating healthy foods and drink plenty of water also, dont eat junk food as this can make your mind in an unstable state. Drugs and alcohol may do so to avoid them too. I've been living a healthy lifestyle and i dont feel the effects of bipolar and very often, so I know that it is possible overcome. even in difficult situations to think about the future and think positively and it helps. best of luck to you.
