bipolar affective disorders
Bipolar affective disorder is considered a disability?

Fill a form of employment tribunal. And he wondered. (Article 11). In general, no I consider my self as disabled. My situation is not extreme. But you may have to resort to the fact that I'm bipolar, in order to prove one of my assertions. In otherwise I would answer this question with a No. However, if I fall, my condition is a good idea to lie? And I need a note of the doctors to confirm that in a tribunal court? My thesis is nothing to do with discrimination, but the conditions in which I worked for a specified period, (hours, sleep deprivation, stress, etc.) caused damage to my mental health, and causes me ill take 4 weeks, and finally resigned, in the knowledge that the situation would not improve. No silly answers please. Any advice from someone who has had a similar experience, or any other bi-polar, it would much appreciated!

Honesty is the best policy. Yes, bi polar is considered a disability, but apparently not the point of his court. If a disease effects on their ability to work is disabling – as if the job was well and not to worsen your symptoms that would be "able" to do the job. Courts would not appreciate deciept or exaggeration. You appear to have a real problem that your doctor can check and to be honest and explain everything we can on the form. Tick boxes eh? Who fits in a yes or no on these forms – I know I never do! Good luck! xxx
