bipolar age diagnosis

Can someone diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder also have a diagnosis of some sort of a dissasociative disorder?
The diagnosis seems to be:
Axis 1. Bipolar Disorder
Axis 2. Histrionic Personality Disoder
This person (female) has been sodomized since a young age by various boyfriends and ex husbands of her mother. Leads a somewhat promiscuous lifestyle (it comes and goes), has reported not feeling any pleasure when having intercourse with men (perhaps a possible dissasociation), is confused about her sexuality (believes herself to be bisexual), idealizes her couples (which anyone can tell just want to take advantage of her situation)….well, that’s everything I can remember for now.
She is suffering from severe traumatic abuse. She could also be experiencing disassociation because of the abuse. It is possible to have one or more symptoms at the same time.
Because of the horrific background that you have given, she needs to visit her GP, who will then refer her to a specialists to help her to start to heal.
It may need more than one specialists intervention, but rest assured that she will be treated well.
It was good that she has you to help her at this stage, and if you are able to be her friend, she will need you whilst overcoming the past traumatic events.
The treatment will take a while, but with the proper reatment she should recover.
Blessing
