bipolar amino acids

This is a complex question doctors about bipolar disorder and a vegetarian diet.?
I'm a bipolar man in my 40's who has been taking Low doses of lithium and atypical antipsychotics for about 7 years. I prefer a vegetarian diet but I have the problem that when not eating meat for several weeks develop symptoms apparently caused by my medicine (agitation, tremors, etc.). These symptoms are serious enough to impact my performance. My first guess is a matter of amino acids, but have not been able to realize that yet. Second assumption is a ratio of fat or fat-free thing. Unusual other nutrients (vitamins, minerals) is likely involved since taking supplements.
I've had that problem too. I do not know what they are deficient, but I asked my doctor and told him to eat meat once a week to control this condition. Furthermore, it is really the best way to introduce and use eggs in my diet (I was not). It has helped me work better, although I'm still morally opposed to eating meat meaningless because only people can.
