There may be a bipolar disorder? Serious answers only please!?
My mother was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 1997 ish. His mood changes very quickly. My dad has a small sample from bipolar too. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm bipolar … Sometimes, I feel irritated without huge any reason. I get angry for no reason and then I'm fine a few minutes later … This happens all the time from being happy to sad reality, not for the obvious reason. Me too I'm constantly paranoid about the smallest things, and I know that being paranoid is a sign … correct me if I'm wrong please. I just want to change me same … I am married to a wonderful man and always tells me I will be with me and loves me no matter how I … I just want to know if anyone can help me? Should I go to for the test to see if I'm bipolar or does this sound like something else? This has been going on for almost two years, I guess.
Hi: you are wise to be concerned. I applaud your desire to get help. Having parents who are bipolar definitely puts at risk. Realize that there are variations and degrees of bipolar disorder. Your paranoia may or may not take into account this. You can only be very aware and therefore monitoring of their own actions and reactions to other people and their environment. You can not be bipolar, but there could be some mood disorder or, as I said you could have a variation of bipolar disorder. The good news is this: there is no treatment for it. Bipolar disorder is highly treatable. I suggest that you yourself to a psychiatrist (not a doctor) for evaluation and treatment if warranted. Already something is wrong with you. Yes, while we all have our off days and bad moments, the fact that mood swings for no apparent reason could be a sign of the needs assessment and after treatment. If you do not. Bipolar disorder is very, very treatable. I see this disorder every day. People are good.
