bipolar anxiety attacks
Im in im bipolar.Now Prozac for depression and Lithobid / have panic attacks. med 3 would be helpful? than 1?
Two years ago I was homeless, depressed and ready to give up. My 11 year old son who lives 3 states away gave me enough motivation to recover. Now I have a good job and enough money to travel from California to Texas every month or so to see my son. About 2 weeks ago I started having bad panic attacks when I got in trouble at work for An error in a report. The thought of losing my job and not have the money to see my son is killing me. Now I'm in an almost constant state of panic. I'm making more mistakes at work, cannot eat, sleep or even think clearly. Does anyone know of any medications that could be added to what I am already taking to help with attacks panic and anxiety?
I would recommend that you find a good therapist and psychiatrist in your area. It appears that you have spent soooo much, and have space that is just for you (ie, a weekly session) could be useful and to allow time and space to download some of the anxiety is in your hands. If you have insurance, you can find someone who accepts it, and if not, there are therapists sliding-scale … Something to panic attacks, such as Klonopin can be helpful but should only be prescribed by a psychiatrist.
