Can BiPolar disorder be cured???
After my Wife was Dignosied to have Bi Polar Disorder,I read a lot of books on BiPolar Dis Order.She has had 2 episodes of MANIA so far and Presently after giving birth to a Baby Boy She is having a Depression.
I Know that BiPolar disorder can only be treated and cannot be cured,But I am eager to know whether there is any cure for BiPolar disorder,as one of friend told me that After Pregnency If my Wife had a Depression ,them She may not have any more Manic episodeds…Is it true..Please advise……
oh how I wish it could. sorry but your friend is wrong. I have had 4 children and had a lot of depression and no I am ot cured of my bipolar in anyway. she may go sometime depending on what kind of bipolar she has but I very much doubt she will be cured. some people only ever have few episodes in there lives others like me have many over and over and rapid cycle around and around. I am sorry your friend got your hopes up like that.
