bipolar disorder statistics

bipolar disorder statistics
in NEVADA If a person someone searches without their consent, can the information on the recording be used in a case?

and my ex I broke and we are in a custody battle for the 14 months of age, I feel that has been SELLECTIVELY tape recording and filming of our conversations with me every time I go to drop my son. do not really want to go that route with him that beleave our separation should not affect our frienship by sake of our children. I have bipolar disorder (i take my medicine and go phsyco therapy) and is used to tell me that the child never gets sick (All I want is the boy time) … he is a good father, but when I say things that are put on the skin, and this is why you do it, but it hurts that brings up the statistics on persons with mental disorders and the like. I need a right answer please, I live in Clark County Nevada (Las Vegas)

I searched Google for "law recording ", and come with consistent information. One site says it is illegal, but uses as a reference Nevada Statute 707.900. This statue is the interception of a conversation, which means that the person is not a party to the conversation. All other references in the state of Nevada is an "authorization" State Party, ie, only one person involved in the conversation must be aware of the recording.
