bipolar does it go away
PTSD ever go away or is with you forever?
I've been dealing with this since 1974. I had 3 very serious crimes committed in me and I've been watching a Dr., I am on medication and seeing a therapist for this, and bipolar disorder. I wonder if this will never go away ….. at the moment, not think so. I've been doing EMDR therapy for a while. It helped very little irony in 2 / 3 of my problems were actually caused by the Medical Profession in Florida …..
Yes, dear, that will disappear but it takes time, patience and love for yourself. I was 15 years of recovery because I have lived with the fear that the animal that I attacked. I truly believed when he found me again he would kill me. I got sick and tired of living in the dark, fear of my own shadow, and keeping your back against the wall wherever he went. I got help, too. I am stronger and stronger and now I have a nightmare but once in a blue moon. I no longer live in fear and my life is good. You have to take your life back. You have given these PRSPs long time already. It's time to start letting go. Take a course in karate, do you have to feel safe and secure again. Do not give a second of your precious life, are not so worthwhile. Keep going to counseling and grow again. You are a survivor and have experienced the worst. Note care, walk tall, and I know I will find inner peace once again.
