How do I get a "dry drunk" to modify their behavior?

My father is a retired MD and my mother worked with him in the office for 30 years and raised 51 years myself and my brothers 45 and 42. My parents have always been totallers tea with the exception of smoking cigarettes until the 1960s and my dad have a beer with dinner, maybe 3 days a week. I am bipolar and most of my successes have been overshadowed by bad newspapers decisions. my 2 other brothers are alcoholics in denial – one is on the food and beverage a day and the other Dring no more, but spends every minute he can, in bars and taverns and is surrounded with the use of alcoholics and drug addicts. the behavior of my "dry" brother is now worse than it was when he was drinking and my "all knows "the parents refuse to seek help for their preferred downward spiral and let him make all our lives miserable. has all the features of a dry drunk / Alcoholic and his recovery plan does not include aa and has no sponsor …. What to do?

There is no such thing as a "dry drunk", which is an expression of AA members use to kill anyone who got sober without AA. Sounds like you've had some time in the rooms, so I'll put it in terms of AA for you to understand: "Quit making an inventory of his brother and worried about their side of the street clean."
