Should I apply?
I suffer from bipolar disorder, and is really affecting my work and stress load is overwhelming at this time. I constaantly nausea, I shake my nerves, and have very negative thoughts. I really need a break to get healthy again, and I fear that while in this state, could lose my job. Not knowing if my doctor give you. Is there any reason why a doctor did not grant it, and I ask for leave? My representative Human Resources also recommends a disability leave. Please help!
You are entitled by federal law (the time that his company employs more than 50) to 12 weeks per year of FMLA leave. This means that you can take this time off for health reasons.
