I was diagnosed bipolar last three months?
and it is just gone downhill for about six months. I've been hospitalized four times and had to go to the center treatment of 30 days and nothing is helping I'm still depressed, I'm taking my medication every day. I just started cutting myself again and I am making myself vomit. I need some advice. I'm not suicidal but I am so depressed.
Probably should change medications if you are taking not working. Make sure you have a treating psychiatrist (board certified, ask) and not a general practitioner or someone who is not certified by the board. It may take a while to find the right medication and the appropriate level. Therapy also helps you learn how to deal with it. You can ask if there is a group of bipolar support to others in your area.
