bipolar i vs bipolar ii

bipolar depression vs. mixed state?

I am diagnosed with bipolar II disorder, but my role worst episodes of extreme anxiety and agitation – for example, insomnia, racing thoughts, concerns – and delirious / great characteristics (thinking they can see the future, etc.). I become severe depression during these episodes, but feel the anxiety and agitation are promoted. I know there is much difference in treatment, and I'm not necessarily question my diagnosis, but how does it differ from a mixed episode bipolar I? Just wondering.

Well, mixed episodes (for me) include a total angry response to the world. I feel like groaning. Insomnia, racing thoughts, concerns, delusions and / or characteristics are simply great for MANIA me. I prefer mixed mania episodes any day. I do not think that you were misdiagnosed. Just understand bipolar plays differently in intensity and symptoms. The symptoms are pretty standard with a few here and there thrown more torment us. You need to tell your doc when you start heading for mania so you can help find a way to brake the train before it even leaves the station no. My standard method to stop the manic or mixed state before it gets out of control is strict with the regulation of sleep (drugs if necessary) and reduce the stress in my life .. I have some medicines that are used exclusively for this stage (which I call the big guns, my doc called glue the brain). Whatever, I fight to stay as close to the center of the mood spectrum as possible. I really hate cleaning the fall out of my manic or mixed states.
