Does the school can choose whether a child gets an IEP bipolar or make your Docter?
I have bipolar disorder and want to know if the school has to choose if i get an IEP and what's in it. My Docter / phycologist said I need one, and he and my attorney is going to set everything up, and have been duly worthy. But my Concile school is making it difficult for me to get it, and it does that people have a need for bpd to do so by federal law that I am intitled to a …… so i dont kno what to do
