bipolar living disorder

Is there anyone out there with bipolar disorder who is living an unsatisfying life?
I have bipolar disorder and suffered for 4 years. My status morale is especially pessimistic.'m unmotivated. The thing is that they have these problems until the age of 20. I was very motivated and a winner before that period. I taken medication since the age of 20. I almost did not get out of college and now can not hold a job. It's hard to socialize and I do not really have much hope.
I sympathize. I suffered from PTSD for many years, still do to some extent, and experienced the same things you has. Some things that helped me were: * * lots of exercise, a diet high in protein, complex carbohydrates and omega-3 fatty acids, the identification of sources of stress and eliminate or minimize them (easier said than done, I know). Salmon is an excellent source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids; recommend wild-caught, rather than cultivation. More recently (last two years), the love of a good woman has done wonders. But for many years before the meeting that I had to just keep putting one foot in front of the other and "Keep On Keepin 'On." I had two kids counting on me. Been to the same med for four years? Maybe it has to be changed. Do you see a doctor or therapist in any kind of regular basis? I would have to know much more about you and your circumstances to suggest more. The best of luck to you. – Jeff
