Anxiety Depression Symptom, Bipolar Disorders

I’m depressed most of the time, but then sometimes I have feelings of grandiosity. Could I be Bipolar?

They have never diagnosed me with this and it’s frustrating. I explain to them about my ups and down and the only thing they tell me is that I suffer from depression and generalized anxiety disorder. The reason I think it’s really bipolar is because I could be very sad and hopeless one day and the next I think I’ll be the next Che Guevara or something. I read that feelings of grandiosity is a symptom of Bipolarism.
Or sometimes I picture myself on a stage singing

I suspect you’re depressed due to not being in the present moment.

And you have a large ego. That’s my diagnosis. Not to worry though.
