Anybody out there like me live with bipolar disoreder and recovery, while an active

hello everyone out there my name is Pete and I have only been in this community for9 months I am living with bipolar disorder and am in recovery from substance abuse. I go to my meetings seek to reach guidaince I am also looking for suggestions and information about support groups in London Ontario, does anyone know of support groups in London Ontario for bipolar disorder or any disorder of neuroological as dual diagnosis groups talking circles, perhaps the canadain mental health center.
