Advantages of waiting another year for Kindergarten: July birthday?

My son will be five in July. The time is approaching to register for kindergarten if we want him to go in the fall. My husband and I can not decide whether we should send it or wait another year. Besides having a belated birthday, which is bipolar disorder. He does not like change. What would be the pros and cons of waiting another year? In Massachusetts, children do not have to go to school until the age six. If you wait then I'll put in Kindergarten next year. Yes, he is diagnosed by a psychologist and psychiatrist and have received a second opinion. I do not need to be judged. He has bipolar. THAT IS NOT THE QUESTION …. so please do not say it is too young to have the information. In my city nursery is a day the whole school for free. There is the option of half day.

My second son is also bi-polar we let him out and start school this year has helped a lot. It was hard, but once I got into the routine that really enjoys and looks forward to every morning to go. It may be difficult, but in the long run, may help.
