The two main benefits of yoga are prevention of disorders and diseases and maintaining health and fitness in daily life. Other benefits include flexible joints, flexible muscles, relaxed and tension-mind free and effective working vital organs like the heart, lungs, endocrine glands, liver, pancreas, and the proper balance between the various functions. By doing yoga, you do not need any expensive equipment and materials, or playgrounds, gyms, etc, and you do not have to worry when the time is right to do so because they can do yoga all year round. It can also be played indoors or outdoors, just alone or if desired, in groups. All you need is a distribution thick carpet on the floor and covered with a clean sheet of cloth. Remember that yoga should be practiced only on an empty stomach, but may do so at any time during the day.

Everyone can benefit from yoga.
