Do you suffer from bipolar?
Hello everyone, I suffer with bipolar. I was diagnosed when he was 17 years old and am now 30. However, the function quite well. I maintain a full time job, etc. .. Today it is a "low" day. They help me out my head for a while. If Im not in a low bass i also try to get a little exercise in my mood kept manageable. Sorry, I'm special, but still fairly new to try to manage my ups and downs. Good luck with it! Oh, and for the menstrual cycle …. I think im at my absolute when my periods maturity. My cycle definitely plays a huge role in my state of mind – no doubt!
