Why people rapidly cycling bipolar never have time where they feel normal?
as not suffering from depression or mania? and is always mania you feel unstoppable or may be the rage? rabies or is part of depression? bipolar people may experience a mood change thats bad day? or is it usually for a period of time?
I have rapid cycling bipolar II ulradian, my mood changed almost hourly. I have ups and downs throughout the day. not so much anger, unless someone bothers me, or I really have a bad feeling day.that will stay with me for a while and then all the mood swings are diminsh. I take mood stabalizers help with mood swings, but I can still say that my mood is changing. have a "normal" feeling …. hahaha … I was never a normal day in my life. do not know what normal would feel as if I was hit in the face. I have lived and suffered with this for over 25 years. not going anywhere. hugs to ya, =^..^= Lesli
