What are some free programs, services, scholarships can take?
I would appreciate your opinion:) I was wondering if there is free services / programs and support groups for bipolar people or in general, free drugs, free health care of any kind??? I also wonder where I find scholarships for a Persian bilingual, female, left-handed, and attends a community college major in nutrition. Or if there is anything else you know tell. 
scholarships … check collegeboard.com for free services and programs for the state government (ca.gov) free medical health depends their financial situation and marriage. you can also go though the state of California websites for specific grants and / or subsidies. Goodluck!
