bipolar obsessive compulsive disorder

What are my options as a parent in the state of WA?
to get help for my children at school. My son was diagnosed with ADHD / Bipolar / OCD and depression, all in one. I feel that it has a way of Austism (Asperger syndrome) or bipolar, as his father was diagnosed with him. From what he said anyway. And they told me that if parents form is diagnosed with certain things that I could get help from SSI for him. He has to go to a ddaycare Small or someone who has only a maximum of about 5 children. Since that is too much for him to handle. So to put it into some of these and get extra help school for him is like pulling teeth. Then my daughter was doing well in reading at the beginning of the school and the end was doing very poor. I read an article where children reading anxiety. Has anyone heard of it, as seems to memorize a book and read it back to you, but I can not say the words if given to her by a themselves? Thanks
The schools are hell to try to help get kids who really need it. Parents do not realize how bad they are schools until they have to seek support in their own children. There are federal special education law that schools must follow, but do not. Go to and read www.wrightslaw.com on special education law called IDEA. This federal law has a lot of rights for you and your child at school. Schools do not let parents know. Schools playing this as a "game" and if parents do not know how to play, the child loses every time. When you want the school to help, there is a legal process specific to be followed. And since most parents are unaware of this, the school will not do the process. School to get the jump and do the right thing, the first you have to do is ask the school to make a full assessment to see if your child may qualify for special education aid. Look, the only way to "legally" that the school has an obligation to help a child who needs extra help, is that the child must be in special education. If the child is not in this, the school not have to help. Oh they say they will help, but if not written in an IEP special ed plan, it promise the world and do something, and you can not do anything about it. Thus the first thing is to write a letter to the District Director Special ed: accelerated Dear Editor: I am requesting a full educational evaluation testing in all suspected areas of disability established by the IDEA, for my child (name). He is in (grade) in the (teachers) in the class (school). These are the problems of my child is having: (here, the list of what they see as a problem, teachers have said nothing, the doctors have said, so it be learning or behavior) I understand that the district has 60 days from the date of my consent to have proof of all evaluations. Please consider this letter my consent to assessments to be administered. Please send me a copy of all evaluations and reports of at least 5 days before the eligibility meeting. Thank you.
