Sometimes, we may be nervous doing a certain task that can be frightening. When this happens, visualize yourself doing the task in your mind. Imagine that your playing in front of a large audience. By playing the game in your mind, you'll be better prepared to perform at the moment of truth comes. Visualization oneself is a great way to reduce fear and stress of a coming situation.
Remember there is a power that is stronger than their fears and that is the power of God. A person need not be religious to use the power of God. As a layman, I realize that it is not easy to deal with our fears, however there are all kinds of help available. The key is being patient and not give up. Over time, you will be able to find the resources to help with their problems.
