bipolar or waking up

bipolar or waking up
bipolar, as part of your personality?

I've always suspected that it may be bipolar, but I never did get medical help. For nearly a year and a half, I've always been in and out of intense depressive moods. And for no reason suddenly going to be full of energy and nothing stops me same to a 10Km run 5K and swim. O suddenly became very vocal in class, while at other times I can not even dare to say anything. Yesterday I woke up another brief bout of depression. I think maybe it's just a part of my personality? I do not feel the need to seek medical help more. I almost made during 8 months a bout of deep depression. In fact, I think as this is the real me and makes my life interesting? Is it wrong to think this way?
