Do I have bipolar spectrum symptoms or just an attitude (mood)?

I'm not crazy … typical sense I'm very in touch with reality, but I have unpredictable mood swings. I took the online quizzes about bipolar and I'm classified as bipolar. Here are some of the states of mind: – Extremely happy (as a joke, very affectionate) and then out of nowhere I have very angry and irritable with a very minimal issue that I have trouble controlling – Very confident, feel good about myself and suddenly I become very self-hatred and feelings of worthlessness – some months you can write wonderful poems in a heartbeat the heart, but some months it does not matter what I think and think, that does not come naturally – I'm incompatible with my homework —- sometimes I am very aggressive and do them very well but sometimes I procrastinate and not motivated to do things, sometimes I'm very sexual, sometimes not thinking about it, however, I have always been respectful of the law — no drugs, do not do acts alcohol.I Public obscene or antisocial.

What you describe it seems as if they fit into the bipolar / euthymic spectrum somewhere. This is the manifestation of type of mood disorder SIME. Contrary to popular belief, people with bipolar disorder are often not "typical crazy." Some (especially bipolar 2) get very depressed, but the manic side of the disease is less severe, so these people do not fall into the 'full blown crazy episodes "that can affect some people who suffer from bipolar disorder 1. Some of the most successful, intelligent, creative and famous people in history were / are bipolar. The fact that people can enter 30 and still undiagnosed also shows that the disease does not always manifest in the form of absolute madness behavior. I recommend you see your doctor and ask for a referral to a psychiatrist after a psychiatric evaluation, will have a much better idea about it. While a disproportionate number of people which are bipolar for illicit drug problems, this is often a case of the person using drugs to 'escape' of bipolar disorder, who receive a brief respite from how they feel while they are high, and then back to the unpleasant reality. This can make the disease worse. The fact that you have not abused of drugs, are law-abiding, and do not engage in antisocial and lewd behavior has little to do with this, but drug abuse can lead to mental illness people and trigger psychosis / manic episodes, whether this was due to the drug alone (ie the person does not have an underlying disorder), psychosis / mania disappear when treatment is stopped. If the mental imbalance persists after drugs ABSTINENCE, this means that there is already an underlying mental disorder, and drugs only brought to the surface, aggravated it. Is there any history of depression, schizophrenia or other mental illness in your family? Bipolar disorder and other mental illness definitely seems to have a genetic component, and taking into account the mental health of their siblings, parents, siblings, parents and grandparents, would be worth – This is also something any psychiatrist will ask whether you choose to see one, so it's worth hearing this, if you do not already know. Really worth asking family members about this, because it often is not spoken. I never knew he had a history of mental illness in my family, because it is something that is rarely spoken. having been diagnosed as bipolar several years ago, I have since discovered that there is a definitive history of mental illness on one side of my family and most likely a factor contributed to me being bipolar. Hope this helps! PS – The bipolar spectrum disorders are diagnosed earlier and follow up (and medication if / when needed), better will be the long-term prognosis. untreated bipolar can get worse and worse and become extremely resistant to treatment.
