bipolar presentations

Who does not like to relax, unwind and watch a good movie? Movies make our minds and help us relax, temporarily forget allowing our concerns. Some movies help us work the problems in our lives that we can see how others handle the same or similar situations. The use of film as a survival tool has been in practice for many years. The mental health professionals use "movie therapy" to help customers address and deal with current situations that affect the client's life.
What is the therapy of film? Also known as film and therapy therapy reel film is described as therapy for mind therapy when a person sees a few films under the supervision of a mental health therapist to help treat mental and emotional illnesses. According to Birgit Wolz, a psychotherapist, Oakland, California, a film may help shed new light on a dilemma in many ways.
So how does the movie at home therapy for the average person not under the psychotherapy? Watch a movie that is parallel to situation present a person can help the individual deal with the situation. For example, the loss of a loved one can leave a person very sad, but unable to mourn. A film dealing with the loss of a loved one, like "The Bridges of Madison County" could lead to the tears that are needed to help person to handle the loss and start the healing process.
Sometimes, only a segment of the film is very useful. For example, I always had problems with public speaking. Two films I found to be useful in public speaking is "Video Voyeur: The Susan Wilson Story" and "A Legally Blonde. "These movies have parts where the main character is doing public speaking. When he saw how calm and assured the characters by giving their speeches, I have been able to slow, concentrated, and provide better public presentations.
People often handle a situation better when they see what somebody else in the same position he does. When a person is inside the situation often can not see from an objective viewpoint. Observation of the same or similar problem by another person is like being on the outside looking in, and allows people to see the dilemma from the sight of a stranger.
Movie Therapy itself is not a solve a particular problem is one of many tools in the toolbox that will help in combination with other tools to help a person to do address the problems. Many people use film inadvertently therapy, and are capable of solving their problems without resorting to a therapist.
By combining Therapy of the movie at home with my people skills and my desire to provide information to my audience, I was able to control my fear of public speaking. I've had about it, but it is manageable. Movie therapy is not for everyone, and not a substitute for professional help.
