bipolar relationship counselling

Dear Jane,
I felt very unhappy for months. There are times when my spirit lift but only briefly. I tend to worry much and feeling stressed and can not see any joy in life. I am 30 years old, a female and a teacher.
I have a lot on my plate work-wise. However, I have few fixed hours of work and some of my work can be done at home or at the library. I am involved in various tasks, and having written a thesis and for comments.
I had a bad experience when I left my previous job eight months ago could not give them notice. Physically I am exhausted and long for free time without But give me time off when I am bored and sad.
I had a bout of pneumonia two years ago and tend to think of the possibility of a recurrence. IÂ'm also worry about losing too much work and life – but then I worry about not doing enough!
I am not married and not have anyone in my life. I trends creative, but did not use in my work now.
M.
Dear M, Your letter gives a clear view of the origins of depression. It's all there!
Trauma. The attack of pneumonia. That bad experience when you left your last work.
The stress and suspense. Wait for information on his thesis. A lot of work, structured so that can never be quite sure has finished for the day.
The lack of flow. You are not using their creative tendencies. Their work is bringing joy challenge and accomplishment. His talents and abilities are not satisfactorily expressed
The lack of people in your life. We all have friends and intimacy, the feeling of being loved and necessary.
The concern, worry and concern.
Besides all this can be physically in disrepair. Not enough good quality food, fresh air and exercise.
Every improvement you make, however small, in any of these areas in the direction of life and conduct will make you feel better. One priority is to reduce the amount of time worrying. Pointless concern is corrosive.
(When the brain goes again and again a problem that can not resolve, the question is recycled back into your dreams. The purpose of dreams is to solve the problems, but these concerns are not the kind of things that are easy to solve. As we dream a lot, and when dreams too much you wake up in the morning feeling as if you have left the lights on all night.
Dream is the most stressful of his brain can do. Until a couple of hours is normal – indeed essential. But when you're depressed you can dream for more than six hours – that is devastating. You wake up with energy for pleasure, interest, curiosity, enthusiasm, motivation and get up and go.)
The concern also causes chronic stress low grade. So not only is your sleep not refreshing, but many of the systems in your body are affected by stress hormones. No wonder that concern if you are at risk of another bout of pneumonia – it does not feel completely healthy and have some strange physical sensations and aches and pains.
Your mental functioning is also affected by worry, stress and excessive sleeping. You will find that their ability to plan and make decisions, concentrate and remember things are all under par. Your mind does not seem to be working clearly. Instead of looking at things in perspective, is found to have a tendency to see in Â'Everything black or white – is awful. 'A'I am Â'Nothing one failure. complete "will never get better. Ait is my fault. 'Such illogical, over-the-top thoughts resulting from depression, and, of course, because they make everything seem so desperate, they make you even more depressed.
The half-hour care
The way forward is their concern to keep under control. Set aside a 'worry half hour'. Whenever concerns come to mind, you acknowledge and you say to yourself 'I will think about this at 6 hours or whenever. This works better than trying to fight fire or concerns. Work indicates what you fear and what is the worst thing that could could happen and what to do about it. Imagine you're advising a friend, and treated with the same realism and common sense would use the calm to help someone.
Dealing with trauma
Depression always when lifting imroves trauma. I use the powerful rapids Trauma Cure developed by the approach of the Human Givens advice. In just one session, people can feel much lighter and clearer. Otherwise find a NLP (EMDR) practitioner. EFT Technique Emotional Freedom, you can help … and has the advantage that it can do for yourself.
The trauma and worry are two components of depression. With unmet needs is the third. Holes in your life to be filled. People. And an outlet for their creativity. Start with finding groups of interest, people can have a cup of coffee. Start by using their creativity in their environment, so it is nice and express your personality. Those things are not trivial. They are the building blocks of good life.
Finally exercise improves mental attitude of people – even brisk walking is much better than sitting on the couch worrying. And be sure to obtain good quality fresh food, and take two capsules of Omega 3 fatty acids per day with a cake of various minerals to ensure the basic physical to support a better mood.
Good luck.
