If you ever ride a roller coaster takes nasty, that feeling is probably close to one who lives with bipolar disorder. Because not only the self, family and friends also suffer because their relationship is often strained with uncertainty.

A person with bipolar disorder is awakened to begin a day with a high level of uncertainty. He may have suicidal thoughts running through his mind during one of his depressive episodes or a full day when overexcitements in a manic episode. One can even have a day filled with mixed episodes of depression and mania. This is the fact that a person living with this disorder.

Both manic and depressive episodes tend to occur separately from positive and negative things and events in the life of the person. To explain in detail, a person with Bipolar disorder is a depressive episode not because something bad or terrible has happened to him or her. And even if there is anything that would affect an episode that would happen, more likely that the stress of life in general that is affecting the person. The periods of stress at work or at home can upset the balance that the person is trying to maintain.

When wrapped in one episode, a person with bipolar disorder usually have less control of their behavior and their lives than they normally would have. This not mean that a person with bipolar disorder is a vulnerable victim with little chance of accomplishing something. It's just that even simple compliance tasks routine that is normally easy to suddenly be especially hard for the duration of a manic-depressive.

What happens during a manic episode is a spot of activity and emotion. The hobby can lead to feelings of self-importance, self-confidence, superiority, and lack of trial. People in a manic episode could be doing things that would not normally do in your life. They suddenly have a unit to start a business, that can definitely be a good thing. However, if done during a manic episode, may leave their jobs and jump start a business without adequate planning or of any kind. May participate in sexual behavior risk that would be unusual for him or her, or even check or bet money you can not afford without him.

What happens during an episode of depression are feelings of helplessness and vulnerability. They have no desire to enjoy life, achieve something, or socializing with people. They can go one or two days without eat, because eating seems meaningless and irrelevant to them. Fighting suicidal thinking is a continuous and exhausting work. These suicidal thoughts disturb your mind with regularity, even if you are not planning any suicide attempt or even when it was decided to not commit suicide. The fight against these thoughts "A" is tedious and frustrating. They may also experience physical pain such as sore shoulders, sore neck or back. The physical pain experienced by some people described to be similar to the of body aches that come with the flu.

As anyone can imagine, living in each of these moods can be disturbing and chaotic. Try view and spend your life crossing between these two extremes. When one is in between episodes of most of the time, would be a challenge to try to reclaim his life spirit and self-awareness.
