bipolar residential treatment centers
if I have special-needs child who is in a residential treatment center can I still get child support?
my daughter suffers from bipolar and is currently in a residential treatment center. his father has not been involved in any treatment, education or financial needs years.i the last three decided to take him to child support. after receipt of the letter to appear before the court, went to his school and ask a letter that is in school and only comes home at the weekend I receive child support.
Definitely go to the hearing with a lawyer who know their rights. Good luck.
