bipolar self injury

How can I help my depression?
I'm 19 years old, was placed in a crisis home of my self-injury and bipolar about 3 months. now I'm on Wellbutrin XL which seems to help with the symptoms of mental depression, you may encounter. But one problem with the sensation of lying down after sleep, crawl into bed, and feel motivated. I take thyroid and my level is healthy as far as it concerns. I wonder if there are things I can do, not a doctor … but well, with myself to try and cure this? Or at least make me feel like a normal person again?
You can sleep better. You'll be able to meet their daily duties and take care of himself (like hair care, dressing well, eating regularly). You have more energy. Their problems weight and improve your appetite will be closer to "normal." You will have a greater desire to live. You and your family and friends will notice these changes. Be patient, though. It may take some time to get back to how he felt before the depression.
