Any online support groups free for bipolar depression?
please help im 13 and need sum1 to talk 2 2. Im not going 2 ive tried family they dont seriously. HELP!
Hi there! I am sorry you can not talk to your family about your depression and bipolar disorder. I have tried with both problems in my life, and I understand how lonely it can definitely feel when you do not have the support of family and friends. There is a very good website I found, called the Depressed and Bipolar Support Alliance. www.dbsalliance.org have online support groups, message boards and tons of information for you and your family. Just remember that you are not alone …. I know that when you are depressed, the last thing I do is try to talk to people and make them understand. I would also recommend trying to find help wherever you live. It helps me free through the county where I live. Good luck and take care.
