Do I have bipolar disorder?
A symptom of bipolar disorder is insomnia cycling without changes in mood. I have exactly that. One day I sleep a great night and sleep all night and another day to go to bed sick, while accurate, can not sleep with my thoughts constantly (mania) to careers. It happens every day in a cycle. I am 16 years but by what may be the hormonal changes in adolescence, but, then again to my grandmother's syndrome bipolar, and thus might be genetically predisposed to have bipolar disorder. It is 4 am and I can not sleep, is my lack of sleep a day other bipolar or hormonal changes during adolescence?
Try this and see if you're sleeping like a baby soon … This sometimes takes 3 weeks to see real results. However, I started sleeping better during the first week. Buy some apple cider vinegar with mother in it. It's called Mother of Vinegar. It is expensive if you buy a gallon, but I think I can get a quart. From what you can buy some apple cider vinegar per gallon, but not the kind distilled. Remove about a cup of your gallon jug. Now the mother of vinegar, Shake it up well and before I can resolve (that portion of the mother always settles to the bottom.) Remove a cup of it. Pour the cup with the mother in her, in his stripes and sit aside to create a gallon around the mother of vinegar. It usually takes about three weeks or more for this process. Now pour a cup of vinegar in a gallon set aside the bottle of the Mother of vinegar and after its closure, Shake it up. Every day, take 2 teaspoons of the mother of vinegar. You can use this in baking, sweeten with honey or maple syrup, you can put it on vegetables or salads, make tea and drink it. However, you decides to take as long as you eat 2 teaspoons each day. It is wonderful how it works and will soon get tired every night, his mind is closed and sleep like a baby. Of course, this does not replace seeing a medical professional and testing of a serious cause default engine requires medical attention.
