A typical day begins with a person they often awaken in the morning. They go about their day, doing routine activities like going to work, meeting deadlines, attending meetings and dealing with all types of people.

The four episodes of bipolar disorder

2. Mania – This episode begins as a feeling high, then became angry and irritable.
3. Hypomania – a milder form of mania. This can lead to depression or mania. It may begin as a good feeling.
4. State Mixed mood – a person with feelings of depression and mania at the same time.
Symptoms of Bipolar —
1. Depression – feelings of sadness, hopelessness, worthlessness and guilt. The person or sleeping too much or too little and experiences of the changes in weight or appetite. They always feel tired, restless and can not seem to make a correct decision. The worst includes the person who thinks about suicide or death.
2. Mania – increased energy, racing thoughts, sleep less, easily distracted, excessive self-confidence, increased talking, focuses narrowly achieved and no unusual or extreme activities.
Four Types of Bipolar —
There are four main types of bipolar disorder.
1. Type 1 – includes bipolar I manic or mixed episodes of major depressive episodes. The patient could suffer more than one episode for days, weeks or even months. Apparently, the seasonal changes influencing the person shows symptoms.
2. Type 2 – Bipolar II involves episodes of hypomania and major depression. The normal functions of a person occur between these two episodes.
3. Type 3 – Cyclothymic disorder is a disturbance in the fluctuation of mood with hypomania and depressive episodes. Considered as the most from mild episodes do not occur regularly and when it happens what happens in a couple of times shorter and less severe.
4. Type 4 – Not Otherwise Specified is a disorder treatable, where the symptoms displayed by the individual does not fit any particular category.
Bipolar has no known cause. Other studies are being to find certain what causes bipolar disorder, although some say genetics. People of all races and all ages can suffer from the disease.
