bipolar unipolar

Do you consider unipolar or bipolar?
Basically, having a manic episode over the year with 1 week of fighting major depression psychotic. To be considered unipolar (im regular) or bipolar disorder, or something else? I would also add that I do have a sense of being stable 1-3 days every few months.
It is very difficult to help with this line. Bipolar is a very complex disease. From the looks of it, is almost certain to struggle with a disorder of behavior. Please search for bipolar disorder, has some characteristics of the disease. This is known as comorbidity, which means that there is often an underlying disease in the 'global' diagnosis. You may be struggling with more than one disease. Consult your doctor or therapist as soon as possible!
