bipolar without lithium
Can i go from 600mg lithium to 0mg?

jumping or skipping 300mg seems a smart idea without the wait

ive been on abilify for almost 4 years and i do have bipolar disorder
You should never just drop a heavy drug like this all at once. If you have bipolar, please stay on your meds. If you go off, you are not in a good position to judge how you are feeling, cos your illness makes that difficult.
Please discuss this with your doctor to see if he/she is willing to lower your dose to see how it goes. This process should always be monitored by a professional.
