The common attitude today in most parts of the world is using anti-psychotic and try to lose patients when in their manic state .. One approach (although a bit difficult for relatives n family members) is to make the best of these people .. encouraging them to express their views and work on her .. 'dreams'
A phased approach to this will be the creation of institutions for the "talent" of people .. where one can think, analyze, maintain their points of view, debate and are not simply treated as patients. This will not only give them confidence but also help in the prevention of creative geniuses to be lost!
Each country has done much to many diseases .. awareness about BPD is also in place .. but nothing has been done to 'trap' d talent lose because they simply prescribe antipsychotics and just treat them as patients. The institutions of new type "will not only help them, giving them the confidence to achieve something in life (when in the depressed mood), but also help the world. Govenments must invest in making these institutions for lifting mental conditions … the depressive position .. and preventing the disintegration of many families in BPD is considered a serious mental illness .. and the patient considered totally useless ..
Its time we realize that people with OCD are not just patients, but talented individuals. .. they have much more than normal people … n coz they are way ahead of society who simply consider 'antipsychotics prescribed to reduce mentales''y sick genius (hypomaniac) of the State!
