finding my first psychiatrist…live in B.C lower mainland?
my mom found out i cut today, it was horrible and i have to find i counselor now,
I want to do it on my own though.
it only makes sense to me that if im the one getting the therapy i should be the one to choose my therapist.
but i have no idea what to do…(fyi neither does my mom)
im only 14
and my mom still doesnt know that im bulimic and depressed too…
i think i may also have slight bipolar disorder and definitely some social anxiety.
i live in the delta/richmond area of the lower mainland of B.C canada
so can i please have some tips or recommendations for finding some help?
