My brother was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder?
Is it likely that I or my children become bipolar too? Can be controlled completely with medication? What if my brother decides to take his medication, the physician can intervene?
Bi-Polar can go either direction …. you will find that mental disorder in some families seems to "run in the family" … one may be bi-polar, other depression, anger another, another scitzifrintic (Speller bad) … I am bipolar … leans to the side of his clinical depression … My mother died with mental problems and my brother has mental problems … Now it seems that other members of the family of cousins and others also have some kind of problems that are inclined to "run in the family" truly could be partly due to the way one is raised, but to be as many as wide lifestyle, "family" should have something to do with at least part of it.
