Is it possible to obtain custody or rights of divorced parents without bipolar dur to my wife be?
Currently going through a manic episode. She was released from a mental health clinic in 3 days ago against medical advice. She has mentioned to escape, suicide, etc. I have a real fear that my children can be harmed intentionally or not. She was becoming violent and parenting skills are all but gone. She is a different person. I love a lot and not I want a divorce. However, his last episode … she left me and filed for divorce and full custody. She changed her mind improved, and 2 weeks before the end. However, due to her being a mother and her family to pay a good lawyer, I was only going to be able to see once a week supervised. If this happens again … I want to be prepared. Any ideas?
Oh man. You and I are the same exact life. The best thing I found is to get a good lawyer and fight. Document everything, get a journal and do every night. Save every receipt for everything you spend. My wife is exactly like yours. I totally feel your pain!
