I totally agree that bipolar disorder is over-diagnosed and children (and adults too) was made unnecessarily expensive drugs that have side effects serious. This is happening with other diseases and medications. ADHD / Ritalin, ED / Viagra, and depression / SSRI, to name a few. I'm glad to see a doctor in this point to demand stronger evidence before prescribing strong pain medication.
