Mental breakdown is described as the sudden attack, which occurs in acute mind. Clinical disorder like depression or anxiety in a healthy person can impair health negatively. Under Too much stress, the body and mind is not stable and starts running the wrong way.

Nervous Breakdown is another name for the crisis mental and, as such a person is incapable of performing daily activities as usual. The symptoms of nervous depression is severe attack of mental illness. Can be either in the form of anxiety or depression. Because mental illness, a person is unable to perform his daily routine as it does a normal person.

A brain to excess stress is the first indicator of a nervous breakdown. Feelings of lethargy, constant aches and pains, itching and inflammation of the skin, decrease resistance of the body are also signs of impending breakdown. Feelings of repeated vomiting and gastric problems such as stomach cramps gastrointestinal ulcers, colitis and diarrhea during long periods of time may be indicative of a nervous breakdown.

Causes of Mental Breakdown
There are a number of reasons for mental breakdown and some of them are chronic and unresolved grief, unemployment, academic problems, burn, social stress, post-war trauma, chronic insomnia and other sleep disorders, divorce, death of someone close, a traumatic experiences of violence, deception of a loved one. Sudden mental illness can be differentiated and classified as clinical depression, bipolar disorder, acute stress, anxiety, psychosis, etc.

Other factors of mental illness
Clinical depression is a serious mental disorder where a person is sad for no reason and not feel like doing anything. Depression is extremely depressed and could take up a person who commits suicide.

The depression that leads to loss of pleasure in all most of all activities, a person does not respond to any stimulus of pleasure and excessive guilt depression is known as the characteristic melancholy. Another feature reactions are characterized by mood, getting weight, increased appetite and this is termed as atypical depression.

Other types of depression, such as dysthymia, bipolar I disorder, postpartum depression, premenstrual dysphoria, premenstrual depression, recurrent brief depressive disorder. Sometimes depression can be an inherited disorder. A shortage of neurotransmitters, the communication system of the brain and the body is disrupted.

How to reduce mental disorders?
There are a number of antidepressant medications that alter levels of certain neurotransmitters serotonin, that is, and norepinephrine. Medication and psychotherapy are two treatments. Regular exercise and dietary supplements have had a significant effect. The drugs that reduce symptoms of depression and therefore help reduce mental disorders are reuptake inhibitors of serotonin, citalopram, fluoxetine, paroxetine and sertraline.
