college bipolar disorder
College and bipolar or schizophrenia?
My therapist/psychologist told me I either have bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. I don’t consider myself disordered, which is why I’m not going to take medication. But it is difficult for me to keep up with my college work because my sleep schedule is usually off and I miss a lot of class. I’m thinking about taking a few incompletes but I don’t know how to approach my professors about this.
I’m thinking about trying therapy again, I just don’t want medication. What’s the big deal?
It’s only going to get harder if you refuse treatment.
