counselling bipolar disorder

Loved one with bipolar disorder?
I'm pretty sure that someone I love has this condition, but unaware. Experiencing extreme mood swings (manic and depressive), has a tendency to abuse alcohol, and it is definitely shown to worsen. He is currently unemployed, so do not have health insurance, unemployment and income is barely enough for him to survive – to help it would be difficult for him to pay. Above all this, I believe there is an imbalance chemist – who believes that depends on it to make your life better. It's a disaster, really. I want to help, but I will not betray him or bother him. I completed an investigation comprehensive and adapts to almost any textbook definitions of bipolar disorder. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help someone to understand how drugs and / or advice would really help them? Are there low cost opportunities for this?
Age? DANIEL'S PLACE help and I wish there were one in each city. The hardest part is to accept that you may need this help. You can contact the local Social Services office for information on the support centers in your area. There are very few, if any support facilities for young adults and schizophrenia or bipolar. There is a place in Santa Monica, California Youth 18 years old and up that offers assistance in all facets of life, including a job search center, and nonprofit, live or live I think. It name (google) the place of Daniel and was started by a family who lost her son to suicide, to help others. The hardest part would be to get him to go to first. Good luck.
