dealing with a bipolar girlfriend
Dealing with a bipolar girlfriend cheating?
I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question (Go!). I have known my girlfriend for 3 years and we have been dating for about 9 months. About two months ago admitted bipolar, and declared that she was seeking attention Mediacal. She stopped taking her medication after a month. She refuses to continue treatment or medication. Just this week, I learned that she must have sex with at least one other man during 3 months. Additionally, she has been self-medicating with prescription pills (not prescribed obiviously to it – drugs in nature) and smoking marijuana in a manner regular. None of which I agree. She always denied the accusations, until I presented with their evidence and finally admitted to infidelity and drug use, but not shows a desire to stop. She blames me for not spending enough time with her, but she does not usually leave my house until 10 pm. Has anyone experienced similar or have any cirmcustances suggestions?
First, if bipolar definitely should take your medicines. Second of all she is unfaithful, perhaps not entirely her fault because not been taking the medication, but still deceiving you (and for 3 months, it really likely that it will again). And third of all that is an addict (not only marijuana, but prescription pills). You may want to break up with her, but you might also want to tell someone in her family not take their medications and smoking marijuana. Just help her get on track, but it should end the relationship. Not because she has bipolar, but because there is a risk factor for you can also get HIV (and later AIDS, if not known for a long time), herpes or another STD. Also are you sure your boat right? Could be meth, heroin, which includes needles (blood-borne diseases) as well? Just be careful. There is someone special out there, waiting. Good luck, I know it will make the right decision in the end.
