Can you get a concealed weapons carry the Convention if the bipolar?
I am on Social Security Disability for bipolar disorder. Will this prevent me from obtain the Convention.
You may not even qualify to buy a firearm, let alone carry a permit. Have you ever been hospitalized involuntarily to his problem? You are in the federal database, but do not know if you are marked as a prohibited person. Have you ever been examined by NICS? I do not think that can be passed on ATF Form 4473 requirements.
