divorce bipolar husband

I am bipolar and my husband of 23 years has filed for divorce, I would like to receive permanent alimony?
I'm disabled and fifties the court will take this into account?
I read in another question is how your your husband left you for another woman and has the house in his name only and closed all accounts leaving poverty. He can not do that and the courts to rectify. Many men seem to think they can take all the property in marriage and turn their wife when she goes out of style and want a younger model. Courts frown heavily on that. You have to get a lawyer and yes, the courts should take into account their age, disability, their inability to hold a job (ignore the comments about how it should be able to cope with your condition with medication – who are not doctors and not to known), the duration of their marriage, and the fact that your husband leaves you with nothing. If it had been fair, the courts have been lenient with him but taking into account what did, he will have success in court. Get a lawyer and divorce based on marital cruelty (adultery, abandonment, etc..) Ask for permanent alimony (At his age and his disability, is unlikely to be able to start a career now) and adequately spread of gains. Make sure the courts know that your husband has left you with nothing, knowing that you are disabled. Good luck and nail for everything he can!
